After the page opens, select download, fill out the form and email to secretary@thegardenaz.com or print and fill out the form and return it to the church office.

WORSHIP: We have added an 8:00am Sunday Worship Service.  In addition to our  10:00am service.

RADIO: We are a "Drive-In" Church, so you are welcome to park in our East lot and tune your radio to 1700 AM to listen to the worship service LIVE at 10:00 AM on Sundays. The radio broadcast can be heard within 1 mile of the church.
