$100k In 30 Days?! 😮💨

We have a huge opportunity in front of us! I shared this at church Sunday after announcing the location of the land:

THE STORY
The Garden's story is gaining attention outside Arizona. Recently, a man from outside our state heard what God is doing through The Garden and felt powerfully led to invest in our church. He has offered us a $100,000 matching challenge.
Every dollar given during these 30 days will be matched—up to $100,000. That means your gift can have double the impact.
HOW WILL WE USE THESE FUNDS?
The bottom line: We need more leaders to serve our growing church.
We are surging numerically—but we do not just want to grow big. We want to grow deep, strong, and healthy. As our church grows, so does the complexity and workload. To strengthen discipleship, care for people well, and build healthy systems, we need more workers. Jesus said:
“The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”
Matthew 9:37–38
These funds will help us expand our staff while continuing to direct our existing budget margin toward land and our future facility. Our immediate staffing needs include: Next Gen, Connect, Worship, Production, and Admin. Before this opportunity, we had lacked a clear path toward hiring for these roles. This challenge gives us a way to begin some of them.
WHY THE NAME “GROW TOGETHER”?
It will take all of us linking arms to accomplish this goal. We are growing—and our desire is to grow larger, stronger, and deeper together. This is a huge opportunity for all of us to step into what God is doing through this church.
WHERE ARE WE NOW?
As of Monday, July 27, we have already raised $16,000! We are off to an incredible start, with $84,000 remaining to unlock the full matching gift.
